    In 1999, Christian Taillefer retired from his sporting career to focus entirely on bike development, including designing the very first downhill bikes with double-T forks under his own brand \u201cTaillefer Bicycles.\u201d He was approached by the Cycleurope group to develop bike ranges for prestigious brands such as Peugeot, Definitive, Gitane, and Bianchi for nearly a decade.<\/p>

    Due to his extensive experience and expertise in innovation, many friends and mountain bike rental companies asked him to create an alternative to downhill bikes: a versatile product (usable in both summer and winter, on any terrain), more economical, without sizing issues or complex transmissions, and, above all, with minimal maintenance requirements.<\/p>

    In 2008, the idea of the first TROTRX\u2122 scooters was born in Christian Taillefer\u2019s mind.<\/p>

    The TROTRX\u2122 downhill scooter was created, and since then, the range has continued to evolve and expand every year. In 2010, the first electric version was launched, followed by the Urban Scooter in 2021.
